The drive source starts the sun gear in a direct connection, and the sun gear drives the planet gear which is attached to the planet gear frame. The whole planetary gear system rotates automatically along the outer gear ring, and the planetary frame is connected with the output shaft to achieve the purpose of acceleration. A higher reduction ratio is required by the multiplication of multiple stage gears and planetary gears.
When the planetary gear reducer is driven, there are six contact surfaces between the sun tooth, the planet tooth and the inner ring tooth to bear the load evenly, and the impact load is distributed uniformly in 360 degrees along the inner tooth track, which can reduce the friction of the gear and prevent the gear from breaking. Planetary gears move in a planktational manner, and the interval is quite close. Each deceleration interval only needs to be connected by the stage teeth, so its volume is relatively reduced, and the maximum efficiency can reach 97%.
