Fault analysis of servo reducer jitter in planetary reducer operation

In the process of planetary reducer operation, the servo motor will appear abnormal jitter, we summarize the following points for user reference.

1. If the servo motor jitters at zero speed, it may be that the gain value is set high, which can be appropriately reduced.
2. The motor phase sequence should be incorrect if the alarm is stopped by shaking when starting. When acceleration and deceleration time is set too small, high inertia jitter will occur when the servo motor suddenly starts or stops. This phenomenon can be solved by increasing acceleration and deceleration time respectively.
3, the planetary reducer load inertia is too large, can replace the large servo motor and drive
4. Encoder wiring error.
5. When the PID gain value is too large, it is easy to cause jitter, especially after adding D, so try to increase P, reduce I, and try not to add D.
6. If the interference from the analog input port is caused, add a magnetic ring to the motor input line and the power input line of the driver, and keep the signal line away from the power line.
7, rotary encoder interface motor, grounding is not good and cause vibration.
