3. Before the motor is connected with the reducer, the motor shaft keyway should be perpendicular to the tightening bolt. In order to ensure uniform force, screw the mounting bolts in any diagonal position first, but do not tighten it, and then screw the mounting bolts in the other two diagonal positions and tighten the four mounting bolts one by one.
4. Connect the motor with the reducer naturally. When connecting, the output shaft of the servo planetary reducer should be consistent with the concentricity of the motor input shaft, and the outer flanges of the two are parallel. If the concentricity is not consistent, it will cause the motor shaft to break or the gear of the reducer to wear.
5. Unscrew the screw on the dust hole outside the reducer flange, adjust the clamping ring of PCS system so that the side hole is aligned with the dust hole, and insert the inner hexagon and tighten it. After that, remove the motor shaft key.
6. When installing, it is strictly prohibited to hit with a hammer to prevent excessive axial or radial force from damaging bearings or gears. Be sure to tighten the mounting bolts before tightening the force bolts.
7. When installing the servo reducer to tighten the screw bolt, it is necessary to tighten the screw bolt, which cannot be loosened. When twisting, it must be fixed according to the fixed torque data.
